The location was stunning - just 5 minutes' walk from Piazza Duomo. The hotel itself was in a central area, very near Amalfi bus station, the Piazza Duomo, most of the town's restaurants, and the coast. The property served breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, and cheese for breakfast.

The room was very spacious with large beds, climate control, and a balcony, and the breakfast included fresh bread, pastries, eggs.

Awesome location exactly in the center square of Amalfi, lovely staff, everything was great. The room was ideal, with an excellent view of the sea. The bathroom was clean with a shower, hair dryers and a bidet. I greatly enjoyed to be in this place.

The value for money at Hotel Fontana was excellent, considering the breathtaking views from our balcony and the comfortable room. My recent stay at a charming hotel in an excellent location was simply delightful. The room, although a bit old-fashioned, was impeccably clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the view of the bustling Piazza Duomo from my window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and offering assistance with my luggage. The continental breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of pastries, breads, eggs, and meats. The hotel's central location made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and access transportation. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of an elevator and the outdated appearance of the room, my overall experience at this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to others seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in this beautiful city.
